This CREATE project required grading along with bridge and track construction. INTERRA provided Quality Assurance services for soil. Static Cone Penetrometer (SCP) testing was performed to evaluate the soil consistency as well as soil compaction. INTERRA made the recommendation to place the geo-grid at the bottom of undercut. This project was funded by federal and/or state funds.
