For these current IDOT projects the work includes the following pavement rehabilitation (designed overlay), reconstruction, milling, resurfacing, Class D patching, drainage, and ITS. These projects currently account for the largest hot mix asphalt projects in the state of Illinois. INTERRA is providing various Quality Assurance services for the projects which take place in Will County. INTERRA is providing Materials Coordinator services. Materials being placed in the project are being reviewed by INTERRA. Material Verification is also being provided. Approximately 200,000 tons of the asphalt account for Pay for Performance (PFP). Testing and inspection services on the asphalt include Longitudinal Joint Sealant (LJS). INTERRA is verifying the temperature and density of the asphalt.
