INTERRA provided observation, field and laboratory testing, and documentation during the construction of subgrade preparation, compacted soil liner, HDPE geomembrane liner installation, granular drainage layer installation, and protective soil layer installation. Other services provided include proof roll of subgrade material, collection of subgrade samples for laboratory analysis, checking topsoil thickness.
