This IDOT project within Cook County included the reconstruction and widening of US 12/45 (Mannheim Road), construction of Balmoral underpass, retaining walls, and other work in both Rosemont and Schiller Park.
INTERRA computed and verified the force account bill, with the breakdown bill of labors, materials and equipment used on the daily reports and time consumed. Other services included verifying the manufacturer material product was delivered and installed with the corresponding evidence materials inspection such as LA-15, Bill of Lading, certification, daily plant report, and ticket. Also INTERRA provided list, mark, and visual inspections. The material product was submitted using the IDOT MISTIC CODE material inspection system on the resident field account activity for IDOT Bureau approval.
